What This Page Does
- Shows active customer conversations for the paired QuackerLite gateway setup.
- Lets you search by name, phone number, message body, or template text.
- Lets you reply inside an existing thread or start a new conversation.
- Shows unread threads and highlights conversations that need attention.
VPN And Privacy
- A VPN helps protect the internet connection used by the dashboard by masking the dashboard device's public IP address from websites and public networks.
- A VPN can help reduce exposure of the operator's network location when using public Wi-Fi or an untrusted internet connection.
- A VPN does not make SMS anonymous. The gateway phone number is still visible to carriers and recipients, and phone/SIM location rules still depend on the mobile carrier and device.
- For best privacy, use HTTPS, keep the gateway phone secure, avoid public Wi-Fi when possible, and use a reputable VPN on the computer or phone used to manage QuackerLite.
