QuackerLite Gateway APK Terms

Effective June 1st, 2026. You must agree before downloading the Android gateway APK.

Service Boundary

QuackerLite is a subscriber messaging tool. It is not legal advice, carrier service, emergency service, or permission to message anyone.
Subscriber access is controlled through lab.aibizshop.com or another owner-approved subscriber access system.
Subscriber data, message history, contacts, gateway phones, routes, API credentials, and attachments are separated by subscriber account and must not be shared with other subscribers.

You may only install, pair, or operate the Quacker gateway app on a phone, SIM, carrier account, and device that you own or are legally authorized to control.
You may not use QuackerLite on another person's phone, line, SIM, account, or device without clear lawful authorization.
You may not use QuackerLite for secret monitoring, unauthorized access, surveillance, credential theft, phishing, stalking, harassment, or any other unlawful purpose.

You are solely responsible for consent, opt-outs, message content, message frequency, customer records, and compliance with all laws, carrier rules, and platform rules.
You may not send spam, unlawful marketing, unwanted outreach, deceptive messages, scam messages, abusive messages, or messages to people who have opted out.
If a recipient replies STOP or otherwise revokes consent, you must stop messaging that recipient unless lawful opt-in is restored.

QuackerLite supports one active QuackerLine gateway at a time and one subscriber-owned paired Android gateway phone.
Message delivery is not guaranteed. Android, carriers, network service, battery settings, permissions, phone reboots, and device state may delay or block sending and receiving.
After a phone restart, you may need physical access to open Quacker on the gateway phone and tap Run Sync Now.

You use QuackerLite at your own risk and are responsible for all messages, recipients, devices, users, integrations, and consequences of your use.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, QuackerLite is provided as-is with no warranty and no guarantee of compliance, delivery, uptime, routing, security, or fitness for your purpose.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QuackerLite, its owners, developers, operators, affiliates, vendors, and agents from claims, fines, penalties, damages, costs, and attorney fees arising from your use, misuse, messages, devices, integrations, consent failures, opt-out failures, or legal violations.

Subscriber account access is controlled by lab.aibizshop.com. The APK download starts after agreement.
